Our website is easy to use and provides 24-Hour access to your data. It is optionally co-brandable, which provides a way to display graphics and text that make the site an almost seamless extension of your own.   Retain full access to correspondence to and from the client. Statements can be viewed and printed directly from the account detail on our website, and images of checks and coupons are available. Images of any correspondence received in the payment envelopes will be forwarded to you, or wherever you would like it directed.   Different levels of access to your data allow you to control what is seen by whom. Each user is associated with a specific entity, that has specific authority to view data that pertains only to them.   Level 1 - This level may be an Insurance Company, with access to all policies written through them. A user at this level can view commission disbursements, billing information, premium reports, etc..   Level 2 - This level may be a Managing General Agent, or Third Party Administrator, with access to all policies written through a specific program or group of programs with an insurance company.   Level 3 - This level may be a Broker or Retail Agent, with access to all policies written through them with an MGA, TPA, or Insurance Company.   Level 4 - This would be the Client level. The Client would have access to their statements, account balance, and could even pay their bill on-line.   Information is gathered through a series of text exports from your existing systems. An easy to use template is provided, and we will work with you to generate the exports you need. Once complete, you run the export periodically, and deliver them to us via email or ftp. The data is then viewable on-line the very next day.
